Result
Upload the school's standard "Gradewise Result Report" Excel export for one exam + class. A formatted grade sheet and a student login (Login ID = first name, Password = date of birth as in the sheet) is generated automatically for every student.
Look up a student's login ID/password by class, and view or download any gradesheet already published by the office.
Credit Hour Settings
Set TH (theory/final) and IN (internal) credit hours per exam, per class group (4–8 / 9–10) and per subject. Each exam keeps its own settings — define them again for a new exam. Deleting an exam also deletes its credit hours.
Reduce Credit Hour by % (per exam)
Shrinks every subject's credit hour for the selected exam by this percentage — e.g. a practical-only exam worth less weight. That reduced credit hour is what's used for GPA on the gradesheet, whether results are published via a Grade Ledger Excel upload or via Marks Entry → Publish Result.

Class Time Table
Upload an Excel file with columns Day, Period, Time, Class, Subject, Teacher. Uploading a new file instantly replaces the previous time table — everywhere, on the cloud — so every teacher and admin device shows the same latest version.

Period End Push Alerts
Alert times come automatically from the Time Table tab — there's nothing to upload here. Each period's end time is picked up from the Time Table's Time column, so the two always stay in sync; if the admin uploads a new Time Table, alerts update to match, even on devices that were offline when it changed. A real phone push notification is sent automatically the moment each period ends (e.g. "Dear Teacher, Period 1 has ended.") — as long as this app is open in at least one browser tab (there's no server running in the background, so someone — e.g. the office computer — needs to keep a tab open for alerts to fire on time). The very first period of the day also gets a "has started" push. Alerts keep working normally with no internet connection, using this device's own clock.
